Sydney Quinlan
Designer
Sydney is a designer with a diverse background in both commercial and residential projects. Her architectural career began with a year-long independent study with Little Angels of Honduras, where she played a crucial role in planning and designing a neonatal wing for Hospital Escuela in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
Her professional experience is extensive, having worked on a variety of commercial projects, including hospitality, office, and retail spaces, often taking on full interior scopes, responsible for delivering architectural and interior finishes, furnishings, and the design of custom millwork and furniture. She received an Associate of Applied Science degree from Monroe Community College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Sydney is deeply inspired by the interaction between humans and the built environment. She believes in helping cultivate meaningful experiences through design, ensuring that spaces are functional, comfortable, and livable. Sunlight and nature are significant sources of inspiration for her, and she strongly adheres to the principle that form follows function.
Outside of design, Sydney loves exploring new places, learning about different cultures, and embracing outdoor adventures,. She believes in the transformative power of spending time in nature, fostering a healthy mindset that enriches her approach to design and life.
