Jenny Trumble, AIA

Associate

In her more than ten years of practicing architecture, Jenny has contributed to many award-winning residences in Aspen, Telluride, and New York, as well as commercial developments in China, and resort communities throughout the Western United States. Jenny became an Associate in 2021, in recognition of her key contributions to design and delivery on some of the firm’s most notable projects.

She earned her Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. She was a visiting diploma student at the Architectural Association in London, and earned her Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Jenny is actively engaged in AIA Colorado, serving on the Practice and Design Conference Committee. She also serves on the Arts and Culture Board for the City of Glenwood Springs. In 2018, she was invited to be a guest speaker at the Aspen Art Museum’s Emerging Voices in Architecture, and in 2021, Jenny spoke at UC Denver School of Architecture + Planning. Her work with UC Denver extends to her involvement in the annual Aspen Summer Design Program, a three-week in-studio session for M.ARCH students in the Roaring Fork Valley sponsored by CCY.

With her strong design insight and ability to think outside the box, she brings thoughtful and innovative solutions to her clients. Her current and recent projects include internationally-recognized Meadow House, which has won several awards and has been covered extensively in media including Architectural Record, The Wall Street Journal, designboom, among others; DNA Alpine, Maroon Creek Overlook, Eglise Lodge, the Olympic Hotel, and 301 East Hopkins, which in 2021 was recognized with an award from the Aspen Historic Preservation Committee. Jenny was also an integral team member in producing CCY’s new and first monograph, Connection.
