Bailey believes architecture is about the people who inhabit spaces and about the ways the built and natural environments relate. In her work, she ensures the concepts she designs create a positive impact on peoples’ lives, developing designs that provide healthy and sustainable solutions for her clients.

Bailey graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech. She spent a semester studying abroad in Europe, exploring new cultures and works of architecture. Working in Chicago, she gained experience designing and delivering high-end residential environments.

She moved to Colorado to combine her career in architecture with her love for the outdoors. Outside the office, she enjoys keeping busy with friends and family. She enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and is always taking full advantage of Colorado’s incredible outdoor offerings as an active runner, hiker, and skier. She also has a passion and talent for art, especially ceramics and photography.
